Aissac S. Aiono is the owner and managing attorney of Seila Law, LLC, a national law firm. After practicing for 2 years in the areas of family law, personal injury, and immigration, he discovered his passion for representing consumers struggling with debt, and opened Seila Law, LLC with the goal of honing his focus on Defense of Creditor Lawsuits, FDCPA, TCPA and debt resolution.
Mr. Aiono earned his J.D. in 2013 from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, and his B.A. in psychology, in 2004, from Brigham Young University in Utah, where he played football for the BYU Cougars. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Missouri and Kansas. He is also licensed in the District Court of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. Prior to getting into the legal field, Mr. Aiono worked in investment real estate and property management.
In addition to his work with consumers, Mr. Aiono is very active in his community of Kansas City, MO, where he coaches youth football and volunteers with a local cub scouts troop. In their off time, Mr. Aiono and his family enjoy traveling, sports, and trying out local BBQ.

Instead, Seila Law will help you save funds in an attorney-client trust account so that we can use those funds to pay off settlements in a lump sum or through installment payments.
